- Craniofacial Syndromes: We treat various craniofacial syndromes, including Crouzon Syndrome, Pfeiffer Syndrome, Saethre Chotzen Syndrome, Treacher Collins & Nager Syndrome, Hemifacial Microsomia/Goldenhar Syndrome, Maxillonasal Dysplasia - Binder Syndrome, Lip and Palate Birth Defects, and Cleft Lip & Cleft Palate Deformity.
- Craniosynostosis and Cranial Vault Reconstruction: We specialize in sagittal, metopic, coronal, and lambdoid craniosynostosis, as well as other skull deformities.
- Orthognathic Surgery: We offer orthognathic surgery to correct jaw abnormalities and improve facial symmetry.
- Ear Deformities: We provide treatment for various ear deformities, including infant ear molding, the EarWell, otoplasty (ear surgery), and microtia.
- Vascular Malformations: We treat capillary malformations, hemangioma, venous malformations, and arteriovenous malformations (AVM).
- Nasal & Facial Reconstruction: We offer rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, Mohs reconstruction, and facial trauma reconstruction.
- Skin Lesions: We treat various skin lesions, including congenital nevus and other conditions and treatments.

Meet Dr. Eric Payne
Dr. Eric Payne is a Texas native and the founder and director of The Craniofacial Plastic Surgery Center of Houston. He is board-certified in plastic surgery and fellowship-trained in craniofacial reconstructive surgery. With his extensive training and experience, he has the skill and expertise to perform a wide array of leading techniques with precision and compassion.
Dr. Payne is dedicated to providing premier service for yourself or your child. He is interested in cleft lip and palate surgery as well as orthognathic (jaw) surgery. Treating infants with premature fusion of skull sutures, also known as craniosynostosis, has been at the forefront of his training.
