The first reviewer, Abigail Herrera, gave a 1-star review and wrote that the artist, Peni, charged a lot and failed to deliver the expected results. Abigail mentioned that the ink used was poor quality, resulting in an unnatural blue color, and that the brows were not symmetrical or crooked. Additionally, Peni allegedly did not follow Abigail's specifications and free-handed the design.
