Dr. Justin Sowder, MD is a native of West Texas, who graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Biology followed by medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he graduated as valedictorian and was selected as a member to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He then completed a residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck surgery at the University of Utah, and a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University. He joins Finn Plastic Surgery after spending over three years as an Assistant Professor of Facial Plastic Surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Throughout his career, Dr. Sowder has made research contributions to the field of reconstructive surgery in both the clinical and translational realms.

Dr. S. Tyler Elkins-Williams, MD completed residencies in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery along with a Burn Surgery Fellowship during his ten years at the prestigious UNC School of Medicine. Dr. Elkins-Williams brings an impressive set of skills to the table but a personable, charming demeanor as well. Dr. Elkins-Williams specializes in body & breast surgery, injectable treatments, and FaceTite.

Dr. J. Charles Finn, MD is a double board-certified surgeon with a passion for aesthetics and artistry. He has been practicing in the Triangle for over 25 years and has built a reputation for providing the highest level of care and service to his patients.
