Staff and Customer Service
Some staff members, such as the blonde lady with short hair and glasses at the front desk, have been perceived as unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional, making a poor first impression. On the other hand, other staff members, like Dr. Wheeler and his medical staff, have been praised for their friendliness, caring, and professionalism, helping to calm patients' nerves and making them feel comfortable.
Surgical Outcomes and Expectations
Some patients have expressed disappointment with their surgical outcomes, such as Isabelle Grace, who felt that her lip fillers did not yield the desired results and looked similar to before the procedure.
