Doctors such as Dr. Griffiths and Dr. White have been praised for their exceptional bedside manner, thorough exams, and ability to explain complex medical conditions in a clear and concise manner. The center's cleanliness and accessibility have also been highlighted as strengths.
Negative Experiences
One reviewer, Pat Yoo, had a drastically different experience at the center. Dr. Allison White was perceived as disrespectful and dismissive, laughingly at Pat's experiences and rushing through the exam. Additionally, Pat was upset with the multiple contradictions and mischaracterizations on the disability questionnaire. Pat plans to report the provider and location to the Veterans Administration and Optum Serve to ensure that other veterans do not receive similar care.
